I saw an offer from Prada for the electronic cigarette online for 7.95. I placed an order an recieved it right away. I charged it and assembled it according to the directions but could not get it to work properly. 15 days later I recieved refills that I did not order and my card was charged 149.90. I have tried calling to discuss this with them and all I get is a recording saying they are closed.
