Ripoff Prada bag paid for but not received

I ordered a "Prada" messenger bag (Large) and it was never delivered. I ordered this and the company charged my Visa on Feb. 4th $67.49. I have not received anything from this company. I e mailed them to ask of the status of my order and I did not get a response. I believe that I have been ripped off.
