I purchased a USB 2.0 ATSC TV and QAM Hybrid TV Tuner and it does not work.By the time I kept trying to get it to work and email tech support, I could not return it to Tiger Direct. I emailed Sabrent.com and it takes them 3-4 days to return emails and they don't even understand the question and play this game on trying to get this thing to work. They then stop emailing. They are a horrible company with Customer NO service. Do not waste your money or time buying anything that has the Sabrent name on it much less from Tiger Direct, as most of their products are refurbished and from other countries with NO customer service.
