Afterward receiving an email from this company I went to their website and signed up to receive a "free" electronic cigarette for only the cost of shipping ($ 7.95). I received the e-cig shortly after placing my order, but it was extremely difficult to assemble and didn't work properly. Just a couple of weeks later I noticed I had been charged $ 149.90 for my "free" e-cig.
When I called the company, they immediately offered a $ 70.00 refund... But would not refund the full amount because I had not returned the product within the 14 day trial period. Only problem was no one bother to tell me about any 14 day trial.
Once I knew I had been ripped off I started to investigate this company on the internet and discovered "complaint" and decided to tell my story so hopefully no one else will fall for the Prado scam!
