Tracfone does all of the Safelink assistance for Safelink telephones. I completed a tech-support solution requesting easily might update my telephone. I had been advised yes however it needs to be considered a Tracfone. Then i listed a merchant account @Tracfone since that is what tech-support explained to complete. After finishing all the actions i observed 24 hours later none of my moments and support times were transferred to my new telephone. Our phone today had the moments and support times about the new telephone.
