We purchased a replacement projection bulb from A Matter of Faxs for our Mitsubishi DLP television. Besides the bulb being burned out there were other issues with the TV which we did not know, we believed it was the replacement bulb that caused the issues and we have tried to contact A Matter of Faxs many times to resolve the bulb issue. Finally at our expense we called out the recommended service company. When they pulled out the bulb they told us the bulb we had just recieved from A Matter of Fax was used and at least a year old.in addition they showed us that the bulb was not in the case it ought to have been in by comparing it to a new bulb and showed us that the wiring was faulty as well. We found A Matter of Faxs while shopping on eBay; they were an immediate purchase choice. Making this choice was a very poor decision. Once they send you something the deal is done.in our case we purchased a used item advertised as new that was also faulty. We believed it was free shipping and we were charged shipping and handling. Do not buy anything from this company, pay more, go to a local retailer, and deal with someone you know you can contact, or end up like me paying twice as much at a time when I am doing my best to hold costs down.
