Ordered a digital projector - got phone call asking if I needed a bulb also Boston Massachusetts

I ordered a optoma dv 11 for a great price - phone call came asking if I needed a bulb - when asked why is there no bulb - they responded why would i think it came with a bulb - and then they added on some 9% charge

Total almost 300 dollars more then original price
