Incompetence of repair call service

4-year old Kenmore fridge, approached fix call-center for support 800.469.4663, the answering individual was of foriegn ancestry, not able to comprehend him, he was completely not able to understand our problem, requested several unrelated questions-not relevant to the problem. Fundamentally the support visit provided was 4 nights later, undesirable as our issue was a present crisis and offered a fire-safety risk due a circuit-board disappointment as identified with a personal specialist we approached.
