I recently bought a new cell phone at C and K Wireless on 20th in Boca Raton. The phone shuts off constantly all day and will not hold a charge. I brought it back a couple of weeks after I bought it and they refused to exchange the phone or even replace the battery. Susana just tried to blow me off.
Dont waste your money buying a phone from C and K Wireless Metro PCS. They could care less about you as a customer all they want is your money. The only people they want to see or talk to is people coming in to make cash payments. Susana told everyone else to leave the counter who were there trying to get service on phones they had allready purchased, so that she could collect cash payments from customers paying their bills!!
