The complaints I read sound all too familiar. Samsung 46 inch LCD tv, $2200.00, started going dark about a year and a half after purchase. Started turning off after another year. Finally went kaput after three and a half years. Fixed it for $400.00. Got about six months use, until it now turns off after 15 minutes, and won't stay on. Sitting in my garage.
There are so many of these complaints that I would think a class action lawsuit is possible. How they can sell this expensive a piece of equiptment, and have all these breakdowns indicates they were and probably still are selling defective merchandise. They have no interest in talking to you indivually, and something has to be done to get their attention.
