I placed an order with this company on Monday, March 7th. According to their FAQs, it can take up to three business days to process the order, so I waited patiently until the 4th business day, Friday March 11th. At this point the order status was still listed as "Awaiting Fulfillment".
At this point I went back to their site and filled out a polite request on their contact form to know when the order would ship out.'Carl' quickly responded that I should wait 10 business days for it to arrive, and sent me a link to their FAQ. I responded that I understood that, and just wanted to make sure that there were no problems with the order and that it would still be shipping out.
Once I sent this response, Carl cancelled my order for no reason and refunded my money. When I got the notification that my order had been cancelled, I sent another message asking why my order was cancelled, but got no response. I sent another message, still no response. I then went back to the website and used the Contact form again, but still received no response.
I honestly do not know what happened to my order, and Carl is apparently not willing to tell me. It has now been two weeks since his last communication, and I assume that I will never hear from him again. At least he gave me back my money, which I then used to buy the exact same item from one of his competitors at a lower price.
If you found this complaint by googling www.thesignaljammer.com, I warn you to steer clear of this site. I would never do business with them again, and I recommend that you do not either.
