It started w / my phone breaking (which they told me at the office that "Oh yea that's a ongoing problem w / that particular phone". So they offered to sell me a new phone $160 (out of the question). They told me my best option was to wait until these other phones come in (which they said thet've been waiting for for about a month) in turn I was to leave a number where they would contact me when they arrive (needless to say no call). Now I'm going into the third month w / out a phone that works & cannot reach a rep. On top of all that they tell me I can end my contract if i pay $150. Wth
