Radio Shack sells used and defective equipment, and does not uphold there warranty or products. After many attempts at repair the phone/answering machine, they were unable to do so and attempted to charge me for yet another attempt. We asked for a replacement or refund since they were unable to correct the problem but they would not do either.
We spoke to many local stores, managers, called the corporate office and they still would not honor their product. After buying a $200.00 used, defective machine, multiple letters, phone calls and attempts to resolve the problem we gave up, and mailed the entire system back to Radio Shack CEO Leonard Roberts and COO David Edmondson.
To this day we've not gotten so much as an apology, let alone a refund.
