I bought a Bravo Maytag Electric Dryer from LOWES. Due to place restrictions I have to possess the port exhaust emerge the medial side, not the rear. The vendor (LOWES) doesn't supply installation solutions for that dryer PORT SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY DON'T WISH TO INCUR THE OBLIGATION. I named Whirlpool/Maytag - reaction we don't deploy the dryer or even the dryer vent, interval. No assistance. FIVE HOURS later I discover after several phone calls and web searches that there's a port package to set up port within the aspect which it includes directions. The Whirlpool/Maytag individual I talked with, at size, understood nothing, provided no aid, no assistance. What's the purpose of requesting a design range and sequential number whenever you can’t take some time to provide fundamental info regarding WHERE YOU CAN FIND HOW TO DO THE PORT oneself!!! Whirlpool/Maytag won't deploy, nor possess the feeling OR easy good sense to inform a person just how to get it done themselves. The installment guide that accompany the dryer isn't useful!!! Your customer support SMELLS!!! What great is just a dryer you cannot get fitted. Are these folks insane?

If this is so difficult the organization can't manage it why are you selling the product. Certainly not for design. I'd coping with stupidity and greed. The mixture drives me up the wall!!!
