I initially contacted DISH Network to install services at my home and the advertised price for the Latino Dos package was 39.99 with a $10 rebate per month for one year. However, I am being charged 44.99 with a $10 rebate, which is $5 extra per month. The date I signed the contract was January 30 and now they are saying that they can increase the price at any point, however, the contract that I signed was for the 39.99 price with a $10 rebate and makes it a bridge of contract. I have called them several times and they refuse to uphold their advertised and contracted price. They have deceptive business practices and all customers need to be aware of their billing practices.
