I bought an LG fridge in the Forest Park Homedepot on November 28th with it had been provided a shipping day of 19 Dec.
On 17 December, just two times prior to the shipping date, I had been ultimately named and informed the fridge was on back-order plus they would need to contact me in a couple of days to plan a brand new shipping date. They stated they "may" have the ability to transfer one from another shipping factory, and reschedule.
I went to the Homedepot to protest concerning the wait, that I acquired no apology or present of payment for my period, and was there informed that it'd been already rescheduled for 26 Dec without asking my routine.
I had been unavailable that evening, therefore needed to reschedule AGAIN, for December 31. I had been subsequently named on 30 December simply to be educated they desired to reschedule the shipping to 6 Jan. I declined, hung-up, visited Homedepot and ended the purchase.
I'd prepared to buy 3 additional devices from that shop, but will not achieve this because of the terrible support I obtained.

Like A client, I actually donot wish to notice how bad planning the holiday season, or perhaps a poor delivery plan does not permit revenue to properly program deliveries. I do want to notice options.
