I got into a contract with at&t wireless 3 months ago. As of yet, i havent gotten my bills corrected! For a plan thats supposed to be $50. A month, im being billed twice that amount! Every time i call, they say im on a different plan, and they cant fix it cos the systems down! I wasted an hour and a 1/2 on the phone 2 days ago, before they told me the system was down. I was told to pay the inflated bills the last 2 months and that the overcharges would be deducted as a credit. Well it hasnt happened and im out the cash! Maybe they should use the stolen cash to buy a better system! Im ready to go to a different company, cause obviously at&t isnt the company for me!
