Safe National of America is only good at luring people to buy their products but when you get to have problems with it, they only get to a cold shoulder. That's probably the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life. I bought an HP laptop from Safe and have had serious technical problems with it, of which, I am totally very pissed about because it's not acceptable. When I called them, they kept transferring the call from one department to another, until I finally got to talk to the manager who in that case wasn't of any help. Because he was suggesting I have an appointment with their technician. So when I came to have the laptop seen, he found out that the laptop had more serious internal problems than I could've imagined. That's when I got really furious. Why in the world would you find a dysfunctional laptop acceptable when it's just a month old? How is that possible? You can't blame me on that because by far, the only time I am able to use my laptop is when I type my reports, and it's not overused. The technician by all means had to fix it but that would have to mean I have yet to delay my reports.
