I went to visit Safe National of America to buy a laptop (no brand in particular). I waited like 30 minutes to be assisted by their sales representative. And the frustrating part is that when I was assisted, the sales rep doesnt even know much about their products. Were they ever trained before they got hired? The sales rep was not helpful at all in helping me decide what laptop to buy. Because of that, I went out and look for another store that can be more of help. Their sales rep really wasted my time.
