I purchased a 55" Illuminator light bar and a Vulcan dash light from LED Outfitters.com which came with a 5 year warranty. After about a year, they both had 2 led heads stop working. I returned the entire dash light and the bad heads from the light bar.
I have called or emailed Henry every other week since and he just tells me I need to talk to someone else and to call back later or send him an email.
They have several extensions including a warranty dept. But no one ever answers and they will not return my call or reply to my emails.
I have a tracking number for the return and it has now been one year since I returned the items.
