I thought the motto was "customers first"

I ordered an LED dash light for my SUV on 1/27/09 and after 3 months of normal use it stopped working properly. There are two colors in the Light red and clear and the red stopped working and I was unaware of this until I was pulled over while on the way to assist a patient whom was unconscious.in NC it is against the law to have only clear in your windows as other motorists will mistake you for a police officer. I removed the light from my so I would not get a citation and put it aside until I had the time to ship it back to LED Outfitters for a replacement, now that I have been trying to get in touch with their warranty dept. I have been getting ignored and even cussed out by a gentleman from the dept. That accepts new orders. I figured since no one would answer the phone in the warranty dept. Then I would try else where. He was very put off that I did so and felt it a burden to give me the address so that I could ship my product back to them for replacement. When he did finally give me the address he spoke it so fast that I did not understand it and treated me incompetent for his rudeness. I finally found the address on line but not on their site, on this one, good to know I am not the only one but now I am afraid to ship my product to them as I am worried I will not get another one. I will never do business with them again and I hope to eventually resolve this issue.
