GM Buick Sold a vehicle without reporting MANY defects and ignored warranty

I purchased a 2006 Canyon. The vehicle came with a GM Certified warranty. The day I picked it up I had to send the vehicle back 4 times because the dash was falling off.

Upon leaving the dealership I had within 2 hours the following problems... Reverse light out, running light out (both lights I assume were out but I hadn't noticed when picking it up), an ABS fault light came on disabling my ABS brakes and a Defective airbag fault light meaning my airbag doesnt work. I doubt any inspection was even done.

When I called the dealership the next day they offered no help and when I checked with GM the dealership did not register my warranty. The autotrader.com add said warranty, I had a piece of paper in my hand that said warranty and I had the email from the purchase agreement that said warranty... Yet they said they made a mistake and I have no warranty at all.

To top it all off, I called GM and they said it was between me and the dealer.
