I have always felt that the staff at your stores are very friendly and helpful... However it seems as though in all of the different stores I have gone to in southern california none of your staff members know how to clean a bathroom. I go to your stores quite often and this is not just an occurance but every single time I go to your stores the bathrooms are disgusting. When I recently went into the bathroom there was no toilet paper and when I let someone know they said that they would tell the manager??? When I went back to use the restroom they couldn't even take the time to put the toilet paper into the dispensers. The stainless steel and floor are splattered with who knows what. It just seems to me that a store that caters to children should not overlook one of the most important things which is their health. I hope that sending this does help in creating cleaner, healthier environments.
