I cancelled 2 lines and an internet card Jan 1. When i got the next bill i noticed a charge of 3.99 on a phone number thats not even being used! And has never been used! So i called and they told me that i downloaded and subscribed to a service on this phone. I asked them, "how"? ; being that this phone is broke in half!!! The first person hung up on me. I call back and the next person said i was using the phone back then, and i said, "how"? The phone is literally broke in half!!! And has been!!! Verizon takes advantage of its loyal customers and steals from them. They do not care about keeping customers whatsoever!!! So i told the person to cancell that phone line and another!!! Then next month i will cancel the very last phone line and go to a different carrier.
