We bought 9 devices from Sargent Equipment, Rochester, Mi that have been mounted in November (roughly $13000). We also bought extensive guarantees on 5 of these devices through Sargent Equipment. We weren't provided a duplicate of the guarantee to see just before buy but were informed it included anything using the exclusion of harm due to mistreatment. The guarantees are advantageous to 4 decades along with the 12 months manufacturer’s guarantee using the termination being December.
We've had exceptionally bad reaction from both guarantee organization and Sargent Equipment in obtaining warranty problems solved. We critically question the caliber of KitchenAide since 4 out-of 9 equipment have experienced severe issues inside the guarantee period.
We'd a compressor venture out on a single fridge (Kitchenaide) also it required 5 appointments over a period of time of 6 months with three separate repairmen to identify and substitute the compressor.
In November I washed the stove (KitchenAide) (2nd period) also it began dripping fluids between your levels of glass-on the doorway - the guarantee organization declined to correct the doorway stating that it had been "aesthetic".in March the glass within the door broke - again the guarantee organization stated it had been not protected. We were never ready to obtain them to correct it and Sargent provided the title of the technician we're able to spend to correct the doorway.
This last weekend I popped the doorway to my dishwasher (KitchenAide again) and noticed a loud taking whilst the doorway simply fallen. Our presumption is the fact that the spring inside smashed. I named Sargetn Equipment and when again was informed the guarantee organization wouldn't restore the doorway since the spring breaking isn't protected. No dialogue and even though Sargent claims they don't buy into the guarantee businesses choice, they'll do-nothing to assist.
The guarantee company is in the above list whilst the company we'd prefer to settle a criticism against, but we also want to report Sargent Equipment to be complicit. They offered the extensive guarantees as addressing anything using the exclusion of harm we triggered plus they did nothing to assist people using the guarantee organization.
