Bought work-at-home program as a gift for my son with the promise (verbally over phone—at least 3 times) that my money would be refunded within 30 days if he was not interested. Returned software unopened (son did not want it) within 30 days. Made mistake in Suite #—they are using that as the reason for not returning my $528.00. I had the address right, the name of the person with whom I talked was right. It was sent to the right building—a Locksmith Company and someone signed for it. Since they were in the same building would the person who signed not have taken it to the right Suite? I am a 74 year old lady with Parkinson's Disease in a retirement home, and cannot afford to lose that much money, if it is not helping my son.
