Hello

I purchased a gianttech plasma cutter model cut 50d from giant tech sales, Larry Bixby. The item came as expected. When i unpacked it to use it for the first time i plugged it into the wall and it did not work. I emailed larry right away with the problem on a sunday and he called me in about 15 minutes. Wow good customer service i thought. Thats were the good ends. He trouble shot it over the phone and we found out the 110 volt side of the 110/220 volt system was dead. He said go ahead and use it and he would send me a replacement right away. Well that was in october. It is now jan and i have not seen anything yet. I have e-mailed him multiple times and even called and left messages with no response. So i am guessing i am stuck with a half working plasma cutter! So for your own good steer clear of of gianttechsales of wentworth, nh!
