My sprint phone and service have been active since october the bills paid on time and the phone maintained, after only one year the phone no longer works, it searches for the service but never finds it i was told that it was in roaming mode, of course since i did not purchase an extended warranty, no one can help me, they do expect me to pay for a phone which i have not been able to use for the past two months.
The phones are junk phones which i am told by their own reps, it would be easier and cheaper to replace than to repair.
