Sprintpcs is remaining within the law, but ethically it is the worst cellphone company with whom I have ever dealt.
I support the complaints on this site and am appalled at the childish rebuttal of employees, and, indeed, confirm that in a recent email discussion (unable to get through by phone on their *4 or *2 system) I was treated like an imbecile. Yes, Sprint do lie, but they do it so carefully as to remain within the bounds of commercial law. They did not inform me of the change of night time minutes, they then proceeded to add to my bill for overtime. They also added a charge for services I had not requested and virtually told me I was a liar for suggesting this. I fought long and hard for some redress and managed to get a partial refund.
To those of you who seek a new cell provider, look elsewhere, give Sprint a wide berth...
