He prides himself on not paying his own bills and has bilked private investors and organizations to the tune of hundreds of thousands. He is good at convincing people to invest their time and money into his various ideas which never turn into reality. He takes the investment and uses it to pay off the previous investors as well as his own family's private debts like rent, utilities, car payments, etc. Some of his previous investors include prominent Chicago area and Florida executives. Jack's primary con revolves around streaming video technology. He promises the ability to stream live video from a cell phone and have it be relayed through his service to anyone who wishes to view it on the web. At the time his scams started this was revolutionary but this now can be done by anyone who knows a teenage computer geek.
