Purchased Microbeam flashlight3 bunch in 2007. Utilized two lights, and once they failed, changed to next. After six months useful, next torch malfunctioned. Brookstone declined to switch. Really uncomfortable considering each torch independently costs $20 and was ineffective. Product should charge Brookstone next to nothing, and it is small to send. Client service representative handled me really unpleasantly—the alternative of support.
