I purchased an steam iron at Tyson Corners Mall. The product that the salesman demonstrated to me worked really great and I was willing to paid $55 for it. After I brought it home, i followed the instruction and tried to iron my first shirt. It took me4 minutes for the steam to come out. And after the4 minutes, as I wasready to iron, hot water was dripping out from the iron on to my toes and my floor. I got burned because of the hot water.in addition, the whole iron from the handle to the bottomwas extremely hot. Thisproduct is not only consider a ripoff in price, but also is extremely dangerous. It could cause severe burn. I can't believea product like that is permitted to be sold in the U.S. I hope our law will do something to stop this scam to protect consumers from ripoff and injury.
