I was preparing our home for a new accommodation. While I kept waiting for the home theatre system, I called the company to make sure if the shipping details had been taken into account because I had heard a lot of experience about delayed shipping, damaged products and all that. They assured me that they are always on time when it comes to delivering the product. That should have been a relief but 3 days later, I received a home theatre system but it wasnt from Bose but it was from Panasonic. Is that what they call customer service? Thats really shameful!
