Had dish put in on the 5/13 disconnect on 9/1 the reason i did that i had dish network service for all most 4 mo all that time i had trouble with it after about 4 mo dish said the satellite need to be set again so they set up a time to come out then waited at home all day got tired of wating so i called dish and they told me it would be 2 weeks later well that did it so i disconnect it this is what they had to say we are sending this letter because of a violation made to the terms and conditions you agreed to befor receiving your dish network system. The violation is that the person that activated the system did not maintain qualifying service for the full 24 consecutive months as required see copy of the attached terms and conditions as a reference. Dish network says that you activated service 5/13and then your service was deactivated due to voluntary disconnect on 9/1as a result you now owe 295.00 for the violation without exception you must contact allsat via emall at [email protected] by 10/8 if you do not contact us and make payment by 10/08 then the open balance on your account will be turned over to our collection agency for the full amount of 295. Plus collection cost.
