We you call them back they try to sell you a battery, filter, warranty, etc. Once you say no to all of these items, they tell you that the must add $60 for insurance to ship the product. Clearly, a rip off. They will not honor the order. I spoke to George and his supervisor but no luck. Stay away from these guys.
