I'd requested AeroGarden Elite design after studying on the site. What I obtained was named a Professional 100. Upon calling them on the talk website, was informed they transformed the product name. They'd delivered me the older title design. I told them I needed the brand new one, when I had no guarantee that the things they delivered me was certainly just like what's demonstrated on the site. The talk called me for their customer support phone # and recorded off.

I named their customer support and was informed that it had been only a name-change, plus they were giving out the previous package versions. I expected them when they may trade for that fresh, when I had no guarantee the versions were exactly the same, and because I'm providing it like a present, I'd like a new one. The broker merely informed me there is nothing she may do, and hung-up on me.

An easy word-of apology and understanding of my comprehension might have solved everything from the beginning. But neither the talk or phone broker presented any sense of understanding. They merely mentioned that it is simply the container that is using the previous title. They showed a feeling of 'why cannot you take that?' perspective. They never stated 'cheers' or 'sorry' once! Should not customer support begin with a feeling of 'cheers' towards the client?!?
