Amazon.com Amazon cancelled my account and keep registration fee $39.99

I signed up my account with Amazon.com to sell my items for this Christmas. But after one day they cancelled my account with no reason and keep my registration fee $39.99
I tried to contact them but I could not find telephone in their website. Lucky Now I registered to Opentopublic for free.
