Columbia Telecommunications Group got me to buy an electronic toy with the promise of a 100% rebate of the purchase price. Because I wanted to buy some good toys for Christmas for some children I know, even though I am out of work and can't really afford to buy Christmas toys, I fell for this scam thinking that I would get all my money back.
I tried calling their 800 number, but they won't answer. I am going to have to call their local number from all the way across the country; California to New York.
