Ordered a series called "Midnight Special" for my husband for fathers day this past year. Took way longer than the 5 weeks that they say it takes. When the package finally came, the cd's were the ones you can get at any Best Buy or Walmart, so someone took the time to copy probably off an original that they had purchased from some other website and send it to us. No where on their website did it ever say they sold copies of the series. I contacted the company via an email address about a refund. They directed me to send the item back and then they would comtact me about my refund. I was smart enough to pay extra for tracking on the package but it took them 3 weeks to let me know if their warehouse even got it. I was told several times I would get a full refund and to this day I have not gotten my $86 plus dollars back for what I had returned. They refuse to respond back. So I guess I'm out the money. Wish there was a consumer website that I can report them too and get the word out for people to not shop that website. I have saved all the email to them and from them. I even took pictures of what they sent.
