I ordered the Mission Impossible box set to send to hubby and friends in Iraq. Getitnowdvd took the order, tvpast took the money. No product was sent, no refund. Just excuses. Won't even answer e-mail now

I placed an order with getitnowdvd for the entire boxed set of Mission Impossible to send to friends in Iraq in March of this year.

Tvpast took the money out of our account about 4 days later. After 30 e-mails filled with excuses and demands for a reciept? Of what i still have no idea.
We have recieved no more answers to e-mails in over a month. No dvd's and most of all no refund.
