I purchased a cannon battery hold for that cannon 5d mark 2 and observed following a couple weeks the plastic gear within the hold smashed, yes, canon puts a plastic gear which pushes a steel equipment, obviously after x quantity of tightening and loosening the plastic gear pieces.

Deliver it back under guarantee and was informed it'll be delivered mounted or changed within seven days.

Nothing... After three months i named and was informed they'll have it before friday... Nothing...

Named the next week and was informed the telephone lines are down...

"Andrew" in the service-center in irvine, california named me and stated that the hold was never requested...

He that patronizingly explained that I actually donot need to spend something...

I love my camera however the cannon support is just a total unaware and horrible

Usually the exact same: Types they've achievement along with a large customer-base they do not care anymore, simply because they understand precisely that just a couple clients changing to nikon isn't likely to do much to allow them to affort to remain ignorant and selfish.
