I have been billed for that E-Mail & Internet for smartphone charge of $29.99 monthly. I actually donot have a telephone that uses that function. They explained after I bought the brand new telephone that I'd just be charged $9.99 for that new extra phone-line. Today they're showing me that's was my problem since I didn't browse the fine-print while I endured in-line to buy my telephone. I request the Verizone worker in those days if there have been every other costs aside from the $9.99 fee-per month and he or she said no. Today they tell me too bad. I mentioned it had been her mess and Verizonis problem for not coaching their workers correctly. The support in the shop towards the telephone support towards the online aid may be the toughest I've actually observed or handled. I'll not restore when my agreement is up! It got 6 hours to obtain anyone to assist me after which they inform me too poor. It is also poor they employ flunkees.
