Ended broadband support in 9/28/10, had been already charged for Oct via automated cost from charge card. Was told I'd get a reimbursement for March. Didn't obtain reimbursement, e-mail customer support no reaction. Named customer service (THE ONLY PATH you are able to stop your support) and was informed the service wasn't ended about the 28th of Sept since I ended the phone call too early. Charged for just two more weeks plus they recognize the demand to stop in September but condition no reimbursement arrives since the phone ended too soon. Broadband support didn't work-in Orange County CA! And irregular in several areas I visited. It is cheap-but not worth the cost!
