Somebody bought cheap blackberry 9700 from MOOOA, the price was $200 $37 (TNT shipping). Paid via Western Union. After a few days, he got the tracking number, but it didn't work, so he contacted them. MOOOA told him that the item was held by customs because of new China regulation that stated him to pay 40% of total cost because the order was under $500. And they gave two options: to pay the customs fee or continue shopping until the total order is over $500. He didn't pay and ask them to cancel the order and refund what, never hapened. The same happend to me. I've sent US$ 270,00 for an ACER computer. After receiving the money they asked for more 40% and, since I didn't agree, they never give more replies or refund. It's a police case. We should all make claims to China Government, specially in XI'AN, against First name: GuoPeng Last name (Surname): Hu Nation: China City: XI'AN ZIP COAD: 710004 Address: NO. 28 of Renmin road.
Anybody has an idea whom to address claims in China and in XI'AN?
