After 4 bad phones we finally get T mobile to cancel my wifes account, then these decitfull people, extend my contract by 45days using the excuse that my line had been an upgrade on the terminated line. Seems they want to get their DOLLARS one way or another, I cant wait to be free of this horrible company, no one there gives a rats a*bout customer needs.
