I ordered a sink from luxuryhomeoutlet.com. I did not receive it. I contacted Luxury Home Outlet and they said they would put a claim with USPS. After two months of calling they have refused to send the sink. I contacted USPS and they said the tracking number they gave me is invalid and they feel it was never sent. I went on to the internet to review the company and see they have done this to several people. Unfortunately, I did not read these reviews before I ordered with them. They will not return my phone calls and have never sent the sink. I am out $300. I really want others to know about them and strongly urge people to not order from this company. We need to stop them and not allow this to continue. I am not sure my credit card company can dispute the charges because so much time has passed. They are good because they keep stallling and telling you they are working on it but nothing ever happens.
