POOR MOBILE - Samsung Jet

This company should change its name to POOR MOBILE. I placed an order for Samsung Jet on the March 17.2010. The website says shipping in 3-5 bus days. After one week I send them an e-mail asking for the status of my shipment. No reply. Tried live support. After 10 attempts to connect they told me that they have no idea when it would be shipped. Search for some feedbacks from other customers. Found tons of faked positive feedback presumably from people somehow related to Poor Mobile. I got worried that if there are some issues with the quality nobody would help me out. Besides, Samsung doesn't provide any warranty on unlocked phones. Cancel my order via live chat. But before I sent 10 emails to them as usual NO reply. And ending of my story, got UPS notice that they shipped me a package on March 31 which I refused to receive. I feel that I'll face with my credit card charges which will take me a lot of time to get back.
