Lied about my new free phone

I went in to replace a broken phone on 5/5/10 came out with a new number that i didn't need on a free phone that he said he would throw in. I was told it was a free phone not a new line. I already have 4 lines as it is. Later i found out that they put me under cox discount as if i work there to get the discount. I was told originally that tmobile customers were getting a 15% discount up until the 15 of the month of May for being a loyal customer. (1st lie.) that i was lucky i came in today. I was like "great." i couldn't decide on a phone right there so left with 2 free phones not knowing that one had an additional line which of course has a 2 yr contract and would have to pay a fee of $200 if i cancelled it which i figured out since i have been charged that. Tmobile said they wouldn't charge me that and they credited b ack my account but they failed to say that store would charge me that otherwise i wouldn't of cancelled the line. I even told the guy that i didn't want to renew my contract for 2 yrs and he said he would make it for it for one. (2nd lie.) which is not true. Later when i found out about the additional line cause someone else worked with me and happen to slip up on telling me that. Josh told me that i had to have that additional line in order to get the discount. When i talked with tmobile they said that they didn't know about customer loyality discount. I talked with tmobile corp office about additional line asking do i need to have second line to get the discount which is when i found out that it was not for being a loyal customer but for working with cox which i don't (3rd lie) and they said they would cancel it, to take the phone back and the store still would not take phone back to this day after being told by tomobile 4 times now to do so since they are commiting fraud. Tmobile said if they don't take the phone back call us we'll make them cause their under fraud. When we called tmobile the guy said sorry we can't make them take the phone back. It's a matter of who you speak with now days. So lord in behold today i got charged $200 for an additional line that i never asked for never needed never knew about and under false pretences was told in what i felt was hey i'm throwing in and additional new phone just for you. Aren't i nice. Bullshit. They were helping themselves out to get service and provided me with nothing but an empty wallet and headaches all based on lies and deception just to make a buck.in speaking with tmobile today they said that they credited my account the $200 for cancellation of the line and they don't know what this $200 charge is for. They are not authorized to charge my card for any cancellation fees so i have no idea why i was charged $200. Spoke with store said i signed agreeing to this and i didn't sign anything but credit card slip. If i did sign anything i wasn't aware of the additional line. I was never given an additional number until i found out about the additional line. Since this was all done under fraud then anything related to any contracts i signed should be voided anyway.
