Tried twice to fix my iphone and when the repair failed, would not refund

Company advertises competence and integrity, but they tried twice to fix my iPhone and were unable to do so. When I requested a refund, they made an excuse and would not provide a refund.

They gave me false information about the price of my repair. When i tried contacting them for my refund i had a lot of trouble and when i finally did get a hold of them they promised me my money back
