1200s wrong merchandise, difficult contact

I ordered a pair of headphones from them on July I used Google Checkout. The first problem was that the package came to the billing address instead of the shipping address. They later told me that they can't send to a shipping address different from the billing address and that it's in the terms they have on their site but while ordering I was never asked to agree to those terms. If they can't do that why do they give me an option to specify a different shipping address and even send a confirmation with that address?

The other problem was that they sent me the wrong headphones. They said they ran out of the ones I ordered so they sent me ones they thought were similar. They were in no way a good replacement and were totally useless for me. This wouldn't be a big problem if they quickly refunded my money.

The biggest problem is that when I contacted them I had to wait a long time for a reply. Sometimes few weeks or months. I sent the headphones back the way they told me to. They received them. I was promised a refund through Western Union. I provided all the details and received no money. After I asked why I was informed that they don't use Western Union anymore and can send me money through PayPal. I provided the details and got no money.

After some time I sent another email and I was told that my refund request was sent for approval. This was in 2009. I still received no reply. My emails are being ignored. When I submitted a ticket into their support system it has been removed.
